Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, your parcel will be held at a nearby collection point for 3 business days. You'll be notified by SMS with collection details.
If your delivery arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at techhubSouthAfrica@gmail.com. Keep all packaging for reference.

You may return any product within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

Email us at techhubSouthAfrica@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order ID]". Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used. PayFast refunds may take an additional 1–3 banking days to reflect.
If you'd like to exchange a product (e.g., different colour or model), follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your product is defective on arrival (DOA), contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return courier fees.
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our Johannesburg depot. For defective or incorrectly dispatched items, TechHub SA covers all courier costs.

Delivery is available exclusively within the City of Johannesburg. Delivery times are estimated at 2–4 business days and are not guaranteed. TechHub SA is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. The Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 applies to all transactions.
Products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. TechHub SA does not extend additional warranties unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
