Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: 2–4 Business Days — All orders placed and confirmed are delivered within 2 to 4 business days across Johannesburg.

Once your PayFast payment is confirmed, our team processes your order the same day (for orders placed before 3pm on weekdays). Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. You'll receive an SMS and email confirmation when your order is on its way.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or South African public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

What if I miss my delivery?

Our driver will call 30 minutes before arrival. If you miss the delivery, we'll attempt re-delivery the next business day at no extra charge. A second missed delivery may incur a re-delivery fee of R80.

Can someone else receive my order?

Yes. Any adult at the delivery address can accept your order. They'll be asked to sign for receipt and provide their name.

Do you deliver heavy barbells and weight sets?

Yes — including full barbell + plate sets. Our drivers are equipped to handle heavy equipment. Please ensure there is someone available to assist with moving items indoors.

We'll arrange a collection from your Johannesburg address. Do not return items to our warehouse without a confirmed RAN.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund: If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you'll receive a 100% refund including any delivery fees paid.
