1 Our Returns Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return request. After this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.

To initiate a return, please email us at LFashionwear3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2 What Can Be Returned?

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products (concealers) and opened perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they are defective.

4 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via PayFast. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The original delivery fee (R 80) is non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged through our fault.

5 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and your order number.

We will arrange for a free return collection and offer you a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

6 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability. If the preferred item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery and follow the same process as returns.

2 Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the listed price. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment by PayFast. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation. This constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding agreement.

3 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely by PayFast. We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, and SnapScan. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

A delivery fee of R 80 applies to all orders. Orders over R 3,000 qualify for free delivery within Johannesburg.

4 Delivery

Delivery is exclusively available within the City of Johannesburg, Gauteng. By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address falls within Johannesburg. We cannot deliver to addresses outside this area.

Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).

We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours, descriptions, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the exact colour of products. Minor variations may occur.
