We currently deliver exclusively within the City of Johannesburg, Gauteng. Orders outside JHB cannot be processed at this time.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return request. After this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.
To initiate a return, please email us at LFashionwear3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products (concealers) and opened perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Email LFashionwear3@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason. Attach photos if the item is damaged.
We'll review your request within 2 business days and email you a Return Authorisation (RA) number if your return is approved. Do not send items without an RA number.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Write your RA number clearly on the outside. Arrange delivery back to us — return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back via the original payment method through PayFast.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via PayFast. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The original delivery fee (R 80) is non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged through our fault.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and your order number.
We will arrange for a free return collection and offer you a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
We offer exchanges for items in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability. If the preferred item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery and follow the same process as returns.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the listed price. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment by PayFast. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

A delivery fee of R 80 applies to all orders. Orders over R 3,000 qualify for free delivery within Johannesburg.
Delivery is exclusively available within the City of Johannesburg, Gauteng. By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address falls within Johannesburg. We cannot deliver to addresses outside this area.
